Look 1: Yes this outfit is only straying from business attire a wee bit but that means its safe. Its also giving you a little wiggle room, like wearing a clean white t instead of a white button up. Also instead of regular patent leather heels you could do something a little more fun. Just keep it simple, and don't go too crazy.

Look 2: In business settings you usually see Black, Grey, and Navy. With business casual you could spice it up with a mustard yellow, stick with more natural toned down colors. Now is not the time to break out neons. As always in this situation I would stick with nylons as opposed to tights.

Look 3: Like the dress above this skirt will hit near your knee. This is kee. Keep it classy with a tucked in button up but have a little fun with the oxford shoes.
Really any variation of these things should work. Just remember to keep covered. Dresses and skirts should be near your knee, and always with nylons underneath. Shirts should be buttoned up and showing no cleavage. Shoes should not have peeped toes, and the heels shouldn't be too high, or spiky.
Another note, some people say jeans can be considered business casual. I disagree, this may just be personal opinion but I do not see a need for denim in the work place. Many argue "Well I can dress jeans up", yup, you sure can. You can dress them up for a PTO meeting, a night out with the girls, or even meeting with your real estate agent. Thats fine, I just don't think it is professional for work.
Do not fret, I haven't forgotten the guys. It is very easy for you.
